At 39 Montpelier Rd, Brighton, a Private Medical Institute run by Emily Holder (a widow aged 68) with her 2 unmarried daughters, we have Douglas Alexander Brett (aged 4, born Maidenhead) a "boarder", a middle aged female boarder and 2 resident servants. Possibly a child of a military or a colonial service family ?
